About Sara Lee

Sara made the move from Germany to Australia back in 2013, building her career in operations. But she always had a soft spot for travel and tourism having completed her Bachelors and Masters in Tourism in the UK. So when the time was right, Sara and her husband took things into their own hands and started Hop It. Victoria's first and only hop on hop off bus service for wine regions currently operating in the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and the Bellarine.

About Jon Lee

With a career spanning across the hospitality and tourism sector over the past 15 years, Jon has cultivated a deep passion for providing unparalleled customer service and genuine hospitality. From his early days as a waiter to his current role as a respected industry leader and business owner of Hop It, Victoria’s first and only hop on hop off service for wine regions, Jon’s journey was one of many challenges, learnings and growth.

About Daniel Tokar

Daniel manages Tokar Estate in the Yarra Valley, growing the business and undertaking new ventures, whilst still maintaining the family-owned atmosphere. Sitting on the board for Yarra Ranges Tourism and the President of the Smaller Wineries Association, Daniel has a solid understanding of not only the wine industry but tourism as well, this is where Daniel’s passions lie.

About Ovarn Brown

Ovarn worked in the tourism industry in Jamaica, before migrating to Australia in 2016. Whilst living in the Yarra Valley, Ovarn developed a passion for wine. He started working at Payten & Jones cellar door. Which led to vineyard and cellar hand work. Eventually, he became an assistant winemaker.

In 2021, Ovarn developed his first wine label for Payten & Jones. Inspired by his Jamaican roots - it is named Dutty Wine. He is currently studying Landscape Gardening at the Box Hill Institute. His ambition is to continue working in both areas of wine making and viticulture.

Enjoy canapes and a welcome drink included, and subsequent drinks at bar prices.

Attend as a YTN member for free, non-members $20.
